We are seeking a dedicated and versatile assistant to join our team in Kensington, Philadelphia. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).

  • Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or e-commerce role preferred.

  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable transportation to Kensington, Philadelphia for on-site work.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service & Email Management

    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and social media for our clothing brand, coaching business, and content studio.

    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and clients at all times.

  2. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

    • Process, package, and ship orders from our Shopify-based clothing brand (Iccon).

    • Ensure accurate order fulfillment and maintain inventory organization.

  3. Administrative Support

    • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing digital files.

    • Handle miscellaneous tasks and errands as needed.

    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across all businesses.

  4. Office Coordination

    • Keep the workspace and packaging area tidy and well-stocked with necessary materials.

    • Communicate effectively with team members to address any operational challenges.
